Through VVV Schiermonnikoog, you can purchase tickets for excursions, activities, or events. VVV Schiermonnikoog acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement. For excursions that involve one or more overnight stays, the general travel and cancellation conditions apply.

Tickets

After reserving and paying for a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Your reservation is binding; there is no cooling-off period and free cancellation is not possible.

VVV Schiermonnikoog accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from incorrect information on the ticket or for injury to participants or third parties, as well as for damage to the property of participants or third parties, occurring before, during, or after the activity, excursion, or event for which the ticket was obtained through VVV Schiermonnikoog.

By presenting your ticket (digital or printed), you can participate in the activity. Make sure to arrive well in advance, as the adventure starts promptly and the guide and/or the vessel cannot wait for latecomers.

Cancellation

If there are conditions for the activity to take place, such as a minimum number of participants or certain weather conditions, the organizer will inform you in advance whether the event will go ahead. If the activity cannot take place, you may reschedule your activity to another date, or you will receive your money back.

If you wish to cancel yourself, unfortunately, no refunds will be made. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another person. This person will then take your place. The ticket seller will grant this person access to the activity upon presentation of the ticket.
