Apartment Noderstraun 50 - Sunny side

Sunny Side is a 4-person apartment on Schiermonnikoog, close to the beach and sea. The apartment faces the east and south sides. That is the land side with a view of, among other things, the National Park and the lighthouse. You have sun from early in the morning until early evening. The sea is just around the corner.

Layout
The apartment has a tastefully decorated living room with TV (with Netflix) and radio/DVD player with a wide collection of DVDs (both modern and classic) and access to the balcony. The open kitchen is well equipped with appliances (including both filter coffee and Nespresso machines), dishwasher and combination microwave. There are three attractive bedrooms, including:
- a larger one with 1 double bed (with 2 single mattresses) and a sliding door to the balcony,
- two smaller ones with 1 single bed.

From the hall you have access to the bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Outside
The balcony has a dining table and chairs and offers a wide view of the land, dunes and partly of the beach and sea.

The apartment was renovated in 2020 and repainted and furnished for a comfortable stay. In both summer and winter you can enjoy a beautiful view, lots of sun and the beach is 'around the corner' for beautiful walks.

Public transport stops in front of the door. All areas of the apartment are on the ground floor and on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs and elevator). You have no upstairs neighbors and only side neighbors on one side.
