Holiday farm Springfield consists of a small farm with various cottages and houses spread over the yard and a small (farm) campsite.
There is a friendly atmosphere where peace and coziness go well together. There are cottages for people who are alone or with two, for small families and two larger houses for families and other (quiet) groups. Springfield is located on the western edge of the village. The center is close by. But also the green polder, the Westerplas and the beach crossing to the western beach.
The cottages are called Sterre (max. 2 persons), Afke (max. 2 persons), Adje (max. 2 persons), Henny (max. 4 adults and possibly two children younger than 12 years) and Willem (max. 6 persons).
The larger houses are the Fiskerman and the Straunstrúnder are under one roof and offer space for resp. 16 and 11 people, or together 27. They are relatively new houses with floor heating upstairs and downstairs so it is also comfortable in the winter.
We have the smallest dairy farm on Schiermonnikoog where the farmer still milks (and not the robot). There is a garden, a playing field and a small playground for the guests.
