Description

This beautiful energy-neutral villa faces south and has a view of the sunset and the lighthouse. It is a spacious holiday home with lots of privacy that can accommodate 4 people, possibly with two babies or toddlers.

Ground floor
Large living room with fireplace and adjoining dining kitchen with large sliding doors on the dune side. The living room has a TV, DVD player and a radio. The bookcase has a large collection of books and DVDs. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso machine, juicer) and has a large cooking island with a large dining table overlooking the terrace.
This attractively furnished villa has two partially covered terraces, one on the south and one on the west side: on the garden side over the entire length a large glass-covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and on the west side a (covered) evening terrace.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious utility room with washing machine, dryer, separate sink unit and outside door.

1st floor
Two spacious double bedrooms, including one with a beautiful panoramic view of the dunes and lighthouse. Both bedrooms each have 2x single box spring mattresses 90x2.00m.
Between these bedrooms is the bathroom with a spacious shower and large sink. The toilet is separate. A hairdryer is provided.
The staircase on the ground floor is equipped with a staircase closure.

While you enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace, your children can have fun and build a sandcastle in the dune pit! Children will quickly feel at home here, with a spacious "sandpit" (dune pan) and accompanying toys (children's DVDs and books are plentiful).

The house is equipped with solar panels, broadband wireless internet and underfloor heating throughout. For the little ones there is a baby bath, child/baby bed (2x), changing mat, a playpen, a high chair (2x) and a wagon.

Because of the good insulation, underfloor heating and lovely fireplace, this house is comfortable in all seasons. You can also enjoy a pleasant stay here in winter!

Een mooi en fijn huis en wij komen terug

Het was een prettig verblijf alles was naar wens. De mensen op Schiermonnikoog zijn vriendelijk, de natuur is zeer mooi enz.

Prachtige superrustig gelegen villa

De accomodatie was heel proper toen we aankwamen. Netjes onderhouden en heel compleet uitgerust. De spelletjes, fietsen en kachel vonden we heel fijn.
