Description

Langestreek 132 is a charming holiday home, for a wonderful stay on this beautiful Wadden island.

Through the hall you enter the kitchen. This space is equipped with a round dining table, and a compact, wooden kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find the living room, where a comfortable sitting area invites you to relax. A double sofa and two armchairs are placed around the wood stove, which together with the tiled wall of Frisian whites create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere (the stove is unfortunately no longer in use!). At the rear of the living room there is a sturdy desk and a relax chair with a television for the necessary relaxation. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom, which is suitable for a guest who prefers not to go upstairs.

The hall gives access to a bathroom, where you can enjoy a refreshing shower and the toilet.

To reach the upper floor, you take a steep staircase, which is characteristic of the island houses of Schiermonnikoog, with a sturdy ship's rope as a railing. Upstairs you will find a bedroom that can accommodate three people, and next to it there is a sink with a mirror.

At the front of the house is an inviting terrace, ideal for relaxing. With a view of the quiet Langestreek, this is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine.
Do you want more peace? To the right of the house you can walk through the small alley to the back, where you will find a beautiful, hidden garden through a gate that you can use. Please note: this is a shared garden, so you may occasionally encounter someone who comes there to collect wood.

This charming holiday home is located on the picturesque Langestreek on the east side of the village of Schiermonnikoog. A piece of public green extends between the atmospheric street and the house, which offers a serene ambiance. A footpath runs in front of your terrace, from your own terrace in front of the holiday home you can watch the walkers and cyclists passing by.

Thanks to its central location, both the beautiful nature and the lively village center are within walking distance, so you can optimally enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer.
