Holiday Home Magnolia

Magnolia is a spacious and cozy house that offers guests (2-6 people) the necessary luxury.

Downstairs
The hall gives access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Conservatory-like living room with a fireplace, WiFi, a smart TV (many channels, including Netflix), Sonos sound system and patio doors to the southwest-facing terrace.
Cozy kitchen with round table for 6 people, microwave, four-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Downstairs is also the bathroom, with sink, toilet, bath with whirlpool and walk-in shower.

Upstairs
A steep staircase, which can be closed with a stair gate at the top, leads to the first floor.
Three bedrooms (two large and one small) of which:
- one with a twin bed (1.80 by 2m) and a child's bed,
- one with a double (box spring) bed (1.60 by 2m)
- one with two single beds. (0.80 by 2m)
The beds are comfortable.
There is an extra toilet on the landing.

Outside
The plot is 300m2 and completely fenced.
There is an outdoor dining area under the canopy near the kitchen and there are comfortable garden benches on the terrace near the living room.

There is a cot, high chair, and a hand cart.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the storage room.

Magnolia is a comfortable home in all seasons.
Even in winter it is nice to walk through the dunes on the wide beach.
Then you sit by the warm fireplace.
