The house was built in the early 1900s but completely renovated while retaining its atmosphere and authenticity. In summer, the large sunny garden is a wonderful place to relax, have a barbecue under the shade of the large tree, sunbathe on the rear terrace or have a drink in the cozy pavilion, a garden where you have complete privacy!!
Samar is not only an attractive house but also a house that is equipped with every luxury and convenience.
The living room has a fireplace (gas), a large LCD TV, DVD player and audio set. There is a wide choice of DVDs, NETFLIX, games, books, magazines and of course you also have the option to use the internet. The old beamed ceiling, the fireplace, the paintings and the decoration make the living room a wonderful place to stay.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet and bathroom furniture.
Access to Het Atelier from the utility room. The Atelier has a large, attractive TV/living room. This room is very comfortably furnished and equipped with a dining table, large sofa, comfortable armchair and a wood stove. A new bathroom was recently completed in Het Atelier with a bath, 2nd toilet and sink.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms under the old trusses. One bedroom has a double bed, a sink and a large wall cupboard. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wall cupboard. The third (small) bedroom has one single bed (190/70 cm)
In summer, the large garden with various seating areas and terraces is a wonderful place to stay. Barbecuing in the shade of the large tree, sunbathing on the back terrace or having a drink in the attractive pavilion, a garden with complete privacy. In the backyard there is a shed for bicycles, toys or luggage, and there is also a playhouse for children.
In winter, after a long walk on the beach, it is wonderful to relax in front of the fireplace in Samar or in front of the wood stove in the Atelier.
Given the layout, Samar is not suitable for toddlers.
